14th Field Regiment RCA – Regimental History Book

Hard to find 14th Field Regiment – Royal Canadian Artillery regimental history. The book was prepared by Lieutenant G.E.M. Ruffee, assisted by L/Brd. J.B. Dickie and printed in September 1945 by Wereldbibliotheek N.V. – Amsterdam. Signed in 1965 by then Captain G.E.M. Ruffee. The history of the 14th Field Regiment is respectfully dedicated to those Officers and men of the regiment who gave their lives for their country. This regiment has a very interesting history and landed on Juno Beach with Self-Propelled tanks, assault and land at ‘Beniere sure Mer’ together with the Queen’s Own Rifles June 6 1944. These men were equiped with rifles, stenguns, MkIII helmet and also wore high top boots.. This book has 61 pages, is in used condition. 14 x 20 cm.

A regimental history is what you need to understand the regiment, original 1945 printed regimental histories are hard to find!
