British Machete – Dated 1944
WW2 British machete with scabbard. During WW2 the British and Commonwealth forces were often issued machetes as opposed to axes or smaller hatches for field use. Also worn on the side of the Battle-Jerkin. This machete is a US made for British lend-lease, the scabbard is British made. Good used condition, and nicely marked.
