British Mk3 Helmet – CANADA

Original Canadian  Mk3 helmet also known as the ‘Turtle helmet’. This helmet is in used good condition with CANADA written on left side and Canadian liner what indicates this helmet was truly worn by a Canadian soldier. Complete with its original chinstrap. The Mk3 helmets were produced in UK only and widely issued to British and Canadian assault troops who landed in Normandy, June 6 1944, and after D-Day issued to other troops as well. The Canadian liner is maker marked VMC dated 1941.
