WW2 British MkIII helmet also known as the ‘Turtle helmet’. The helmet’s camouflage netting is present. The helmet is in good used condition. Complete with its original chinstrap and liner what is dated 1941, size 7 1/4. Liner is in good used condition, shows some traces of mannequin hair. These MkIII helmets were issued to British and Canadian assault troops who landed in Normandy, June 6 1944, and afterwards also to supplied to other troops.
