Canadian Denim Tank Oversuit – 1944
Scarce WW2 Canadian brown coloured denim tank oversuit. These cotton overalls could perfectly worn over the battledress with a normal weather climate when the pixie suit was to warm. Canada produced black coloured overalls for AFV crews and this light brown coloured overalls, they are very hard to find, much used by armoured troops during the summer period as the British troops used their green denim overalls. This overall is maker marked or dated 1944, size 10.
Very hard to find item, we have not seen any other examples of this light brown version!

Very rare Canadian WW2 black coloured tank suit. These cotton overalls closely resemble the denim pattern but they are much lighter in weight and perfectly worn over the battledress with a normal weather climate when the pixie suit was to warm. Canada produced black coloured overalls for AFV crews as it tended to conceal dirt and oil stains. The overall is not marked or dated.
