Dutch pre 1940 tunic – Motordienst
Original Dutch pre 1940 ‘Buitenmodel’ tunic, intended for an Infantry Sergeant within the ‘Motor Dienst’ (Motorcyclist). The tunic is a privately purchased tunic, maker mared A. van de Zee from Schiedam, in field green-grey woolen cloth. The tunic has the blue branch-colour piping for Infantry. The tunic has the yellow coloured ranking to both sleeves which indicates the rank of ‘Sergeant’. The tunic has red wheel insignia sewn to each collar which indicates that he was motorcyclist. Not named. Shows traces of usage.
