Very nice original Luftwaffe M35 double decal combat helmet with almost completely intact decals.
This helmet is manufactured by the company ‘Q62’ what indicates the company of Quist and serial number 1811. The original liner of the helmet is also in good condition with original brown coloured chinstrap which is maker marked and dated 1941, the chinstrap could use some leather-grease as it was in the same position for a long time over the front of the helmet, original liner string present. The decals are in fantastic condition, the eagle is complete for 99% and the national color decal for about 97%. The shell shows some paint damage on the left front side furthermore in good condition. The rivets are bit green coloured but original to this helmet. The aluminium liner ring is clearly dated 1938.
