Royal Armoured Corps ‘RAC’ Beret – Kangol 1942
A scarce 1942 dated ‘Royal Armoured Corps’ (RAC) black coloured beret in nice worn condition. Untouched with original cap badge that has been on it since the war, cap badge is sunken down into the beret and has a piece on the inside to hold the badge tight to the beret, see photos . The beret is maker marked ‘Kangol Wear Limited’ and is dated 1942 with size 6 1/2 and War-Department marked O what indicates the date 1942.

Description
This is an orginal British ‘Royal Armoured Corps’ (RAC) black coloured beret in very good condition, minor traces of usage. The beret is maker marked ‘Kangol Wear Limited’ and is dated 1944 with size 6 3/4 and war-department marked M what indicates 1944. The original size label is still present.
The RAC berets getting harder to find. Hard to upgrade!
