Royal Hamilton Light Infantry – Uniform grouping Pte. C.R. Marritt
Unique opportunity to add a rare Royal Hamilton Light Infantry uniform grouping to your collection! This grouping was worn by Private Carmon Robert Marritt – B612496. This grouping consisting of the Battle Dress jacket and trousers, and Paybook and lots of paperwork. The uniforms is in overall good used condition, trousers are showing a few moth damages. The battle dress tunic is original period badged with printed RHLI shoulder titles and 2nd Canadian Infantry Division patches. Maker marked and dated 1945, size 4 (fits perfectly on a normal size mannequin). In hands even better then on photos! The trousers are nicely marked by the soldier with his name and unit information. Comes with a complete Canadian Soldier’s Army Service & Pay Book and lots of other interesting paperwork, see photos.
The grouping is not cheap but one of a kind and groupings like this are rarely offered for sale.
