Canadian Leather High Top Rain Boots

175,00

Original WWII Canadian High-Top Boots in brown leather, designed for wet and cold weather conditions. These boots were popular among Canadian troops during the harsher seasons of the war and were heavily issued since October 1944. The lower section is made of durable rubber, while the uppers are crafted from quality leather. They are maker-marked by The Miner Rubber Co. Ltd., Granby, Quebec. The boots are in good condition, though not visibly dated (the inner soles are missing those are usually dated). Laces are replacements.

A hard-to-find example of Canadian WWII footwear.
