Original WWII British Panel Marker Set with Carrying Bag. The panel marker set, includes 8 ground identification panels (16″ x 114″), complete with ground fixing system, housed in an H&S Ltd carrying bag, dated 1945, one toggle has come through the fabric but remains functional. Before lightweight radios, communication between ground troops and air support relied on visual signals; these purpose-built panels provided a clear, standardized, and highly visible method for marking parachute drop zones.
