VIII Cdn RECCE Regiment – Battle Dress Jacket

Original WWII VIII Cdn (Canadian) RECCE (Reconnaissance) Regiment (14th Canadian Hussars) battle dress jacket, featuring Lance-Corporal rank chevrons. This is an original, period-badged example with British-made embroidered “8th RECCE” shoulder titles, melton/paper-backed 2nd Canadian Infantry Division formation patches, and three service-year chevrons. All insignia are nicely sunken into the fabric. The battle dress jacket remains in worn condition and was period-shortened by a tailor. It is maker-marked and dated April 1945, size 10.
