British Leather Jerkin No.2 – 1944

Original WWII British Leather Jerkin, No.2 pattern. The jerkin is in good, used condition with all buttons present. It retains its original maker’s label: “Jerkins, Leather, No.2, Camouflaged,” manufactured by M. Belmont & Co. Ltd, dated September 1944, size 2. It is not uncommon to find labels marked “camouflaged” on non-camouflaged jerkins. The leather jerkin was also widely issued to Canadian troops during WWII
