British Overalls Tank Crews – Denham 1942

Original WWII British Army Tank Crew Overalls, dated 1942 and in Size No. 5. Introduced in 1942 for Armoured Fighting Vehicle (AFV) crews. Made from heavy PVC-impregnated Wigan cloth, the suit features the characteristic step-in design with button front, multiple utility pockets, zip access openings, adjustable cuffs and ankle tabs, and the original internal rescue harness. Fitted with its original maker’s label “Denham Ltd, 1942, size 5 and War Department ‘O’ stamped for date 1942. This example is in very good condition. All buttons and fittings are present, with the exception that one of the small side access zippers has been at some point during its service life or later.
