€495,00
Original WWII British Windproof Camouflaged Trousers, 1943. Production of the British Windproof Camouflage Suit began in 1943. The camouflage windproof suits were made from the same lightweight, windproofed cotton material used for the drab tan sets. The camouflage pattern is similar to that of the Denison smock, sharing the same base colours and brushstroke style. This pair of trousers is in good condition. The draw tapes are present and intact. Both buttoned ankle fastening tabs retain their original buttons. The trousers have their original maker’s label still present, manufacured by John Gordon, dated 1943 in size 8.
