Original WWII Auxiliary Territorial Service (ATS) beret backing patch. This teardrop-shaped backing patch is constructed from three layers of felt sewn onto a strong fabric backing. The patch is in good condition overall. It was designed to be worn behind the cap badge on the ATS beret.
