British ‘Commando’ Green Beret – Dated 1944

Original WWII British ‘Commando’ Green Beret. A textbook example of the famous and very hard to find green Commando beret. This example was manufactured by Supak Manufacturing Co Ltd. large size 7 3/8, dated 1944. The beret is in very good condition, shows light service wear, no damage. The interior bears the War Department stamp with the letter code M, indicating a 1944 issue date. The beret has two holes for a cap badge. A stunning original Commando beret in a desirable size and with a good wartime date. Original examples like this are becoming increasingly difficult to find.
