British Ground Sheet – Bean 1942

Original WWII British Ground Sheet. The ground sheet is in very good, supple condition and is nicely maker marked J.H. Bean & Co. Ltd, dated 1942. Made from waterproofed canvas. Early-war examples generally featured metal grommets around the perimeter, while later examples had simple punched holes for attaching cord. A nice, well-marked original example in very good condition.
