British Leather Jerkin No.2 – 1940

Original WWII British Leather Jerkin, No.2 pattern, dated 1940. The jerkin is in very good condition, with all buttons present and the leather remaining very supple. It retains its original maker’s label: “Jerkins, Leather, No.2” manufactured by S. Schneiders & Son Ltd, dated March 1940, size 3.  The leather jerkin was also widely issued to Canadian troops during WWII
