Canadian Leather Jerkin

Original WWII Canadian Leather Jerkin. The jerkin is in good worn condition, with all buttons present and the leather remaining supple. It retains its original maker’s label, although it is no longer readable (they were not produced after 1944). The Canadian-manufactured leather jerkin differs from the British version in several details, including better-quality leather, a different and stronger lining material, and reinforced horizontal and vertical stitching on the back.

Canadian-made examples are much harder to find than their British-made counterparts.
