Canadian Rubber Boots – Minor Rubber 1943
Original WWII Canadian brown rubber boots, made from high-quality rubber and issued to Canadian troops for use in wet and cold weather conditions. These boots were popular among the troops for their practical design and protection against the elements. Interestingly, this type features the same style of buckle-fastening straps as those found on the famous Canadian D-Day (Invasion) Boots. Manufactured in Canada by Miner Rubber, dated 1943 and marked in the large size 12 (approximately EU size 46–47). Please note that Canadian footwear sizing differs from the British sizing system. The boots are in very good condition, showing only minor signs of age and use. One of the laces has been replaced at some point.
