U.S. ‘Airborne’ M1942 Jump Jacket – ROGOL MFG. Co. 1943

Original WWII U.S. Airborne M1942 Jump Jacket in very good condition. Famously worn by members of the 101st Airborne Division during D-Day in Normandy and Operation Market Garden. Both zippers are present; however, the main zipper has a missing tooth, so it cannot be fully closed. The pull is made by “Crown” USA. All original press studs are present, though two on the right sleeve show some rust (which may be cleanable). The often missing waist belt is still intact. The jacket features a clear and readable maker’s label from ROGOL MFG. Co., dated April 1943, size 40R, a desirable size.
