British Airborne Fibre Rim Helmet
WW2 British Airborne (Paratrooper) Fibre Rim helmet. This helmet is in good used condition. This is an early wartime HSAT helmet with fibre rim, fitted with its original leather chinstrap construction. The chin cup has the chamois lining present. The liner of the helmet complete and in good condition, clearly maker marked BMB and dated 1942, size compromises 6 3/4. The black sorbo is still supple. The crash pad is also present. The outside shell has been cleaned at some point, see photos for details, any queastion don’t hesitate to contact us. At the back there is something removed (sticker or tape).

WW2 British Airborne (Paratrooper) Fibre Rim Helmet. This helmet appears in good used condition! This is an early wartime HSAT helmet with fibre rim, fitted with an early stitched chinstrap construction. Nice original factory roughened paint, the chin cup has the chamois lining not present. The liner of the helmet complete and in perfect condition, clearly maker marked BMB and dated 1942. The size compromises 6 7/8. The black sorbo is still very supple. The crash pad is present but loose.
