Canadian Leather Jerkin
WW2 Canadian Leather Jerkin. The leather jerkin was originally introduced in the British army during WW1 and was quite popular with the troops and its usage continued through out WW2. The Canadian manufactured leather jerkins are made in multi panel construction and are much better quality compared to the British leather jerkins. This jerkin is in good condition, has some minor damages to the interior. The maker label is present, not readable,. Canada has not produced any of these exact leather jerkins after the war. I’m pretty sure this is a 1943 example. Size medium.
