Royal Armoured Corps – Battle Dress Jacket
Original WWII British Royal Armoured Corps (RAC) battle dress jacket worn by a Sergeant. Features all original wartime machine-applied badges. The insignia includes a pair of printed Royal Armoured Corps shoulder titles and embroidered Sergeant rank chevrons with a tank patch. The jacket is Canadian made, makers stamp inside, the jacket is dated 1943 and marked as size 9 (?) hard to read. It shows normal signs of use. Canadian-manufactured uniforms were popular among British troops due to their high-quality wool and superior warmth.
