German K98 Bayonet – 43 AGV

Original WWII German K98 Bayonet with scabbard. A very nice example of a German K98 bayonet in very good condition. The bayonet is clearly maker-marked AGV, dated 1943. The blade remains in good condition, the bayonet has bakelite grips and bears the serial number 3561. The scabbard was produced by Mundlos of Magdeburg and is dated 1938. An interesting feature is the anti-slip ribbed section on the top of the bayonet (not sure if this is a field modification).
