Trousers, Windproof Camouflaged – Dated 1944

Original WWII pair of British Trousers, Windproof Camouflaged. The camouflage windproof suits were made from the same lightweight, windproofed cotton material used for the drab tan sets. The camouflage pattern is similar to that of the Denison smock, sharing the same base colours and brushstroke style. This pair of trousers is in very good condition with no damage. The maker’s label is missing, but the trousers carry a War Department stamp with the letter code M, indicating 1944. They are a large size and have been modified with the addition of a zipper. Draw tapes are present.
