British Airborne Recognition Scarf

Original WW2 British Airborne yellow recognition scarf. These panels were used by both British (and American) Airborne troops. Used by for instance pathfinder and recce troops to mark dropzones and signal to aircraft. Well known to have been used by Airborne troops in operations such as Normandy and Market Garden. Overall in good used condition with normal traces of usage. Looks great on display and hard to find these days!
