This is an orginal British ‘Airborne’ red/maroon beret in near mint condition.
The beret is maker marked ‘Kangol Wear Limited’ The beret is dated 1944 with a small size 6. Its original label is still present. An iconic and full original British Airborne beret. The beret shows a cut on top, nicely repaired and not visible on a mannequin.
