British Parachutist Regimental Sweetheart Brooch

Original WW2 British Parachutist Regimental Sweetheart Brooch. These little brooches are miniatures that  are generally known as ‘sweetheart’ brooches because they were often given as romantic keepsakes by members of the armed forces to their wives and girlfriends before they left for the front. The brooch is in good condition, marked Silver. The pin appears to be a bit short, the brooch is a bit twisted. Very nice item for display!
