British RAF Observer Harness ‘G & T.L’

Original WWII British RAF ‘Observer’ harness for use with clip on chest-type parachute packs. White webbing with a central black fleck. Has the fully rounded QR box as fitted to wartime British harnesses. The harness is labelled G & T.L Observer No.13496. The harness is in good undamaged condition, both sides of the frontside harness have blue colored AM markings. The QR box is equally good and correctly orientated for the harness. Has the metal ‘loops’ at the rear for attaching a dinghy pack and also fitted with a very good unlabelled/unmarked backpad. A good to very good used example. The backpad has four small straps removed, common in these backpads. Increasingly difficult to find and stunning condition.
