British Skeleton Assault Vest

Original WWII British Skeleton Jerkin. Excellent condition, 1945-dated British Skeleton Jerkin, also known as the Bren Vest or Light Assault Vest. Introduced late in WWII as a lightweight alternative to the Battle Jerkin, it features two large front pockets for Bren mags (with string and toggle closures), webbing strap front fastening, and string-adjustable sides. Includes a bayonet lug on the left side. Interior markings are clear, maker marked H&S, 1945 date in size Medium.
