Camouflage Windproof Trousers – Dated 1943
Original WWII British (Canadian) pair of camouflage windproof trousers. The camouflage windproof suits were made from light weight wind proofed cotton material. The camouflage pattern is similar to the one found on the Denison smock in terms of the basic colours and brush strokes in some areas. The ends of the trousers have tab and button size adjustments. The waist draw tapes are present. These suits were worn on top of the Battledress. They are often seen in photos being used by snipers, commandos and infantry troops of the British and Canadian army during WW2.
The pair of trousers are in good used condition, shows bright colors and normal traces of wear. Fitted with makers label, dated 1943 with size 2 (good size for mannequin, as these are usually oversized).
