Hardwood spacers are between the tubes and steel bands are wrapped around the tubes and stapled or tacked to the spacers. Each tube holds two bombs and is partitioned in the carrier with a wooden disk that is tacked in place through the side. The end of the tubes are closed off by a removable tin cup that has raised strap guide soldered to it, the tin cups are dated 1943. The strap is stamped ZL&TD, dated 1943. Very good condition!
