Dutch ‘Buitenmodel’ Uniform – Captain A.C.J. TELLIER

Original pre 1940 Dutch uniform for Medical Service (Geneeskundige troepen), a so called ‘Buitenmodel’ tunic. This tunic is named to Captain A.C.J. TELLIER. This is a privately purchased tunic, and has blue branch colour piping which indicates Infantry. The tunic has three metal silver stars attached to each collar tip which indicates the rank of a Captain. The medical service insignia are nice hand-embroiderd examples and to both sides of the collar. The tunic has the maker label present,  Firma van Hal from Breda. Great condition! Just some minor staining, no damages, looks like there is ‘sam brown’ shadow on the back, perhaps this can be taken away by an easy water/brush cleaning.
