Dutch “Jeugdstorm” Flag
Original WWII Dutch “Jeugdstorm” Flag. The flag is in good, used condition. It was carried by the Dutch collaborationist youth movement Jeugdstorm. The fabric shows normal wear and minor damages, otherwise well-preserved. . Size: 166 × 116 cm. Jeugdstorm flags are extremely hard to find, especially in this condition. This flag was brought home to Canada by a Canadian soldier who picked it up in the Netherlands in 1945.
The Nationale Jeugdstorm was a Dutch youth organization (1934–1945) linked to the NSB and inspired by the Hitler Youth. It trained boys and girls through sports, camps, and ideological instruction. The movement expanded during the German occupation and was dissolved after World War II for its collaboration with the Nazis.
