Glider Pilot Regiment ‘Maroon’ Beret – Kangol 1945

Original WW2 Glider Pilot Regiment maroon beret. This beret is produced by Kangol Wear Limited, dated 1945 in size 6 7/8. Kangol Wear Limited is the only company who produced maroon berets with a khaki liner, this was only in the year 1945. The markings are coloured in white. WD marked with letter Z what indicates the date 1945 as well. The beret is in good used condition, no damage. There is a name written inside the beret. Silk ribbon is still present.
