Lancashire Fusiliers – RAC Helmet 1945

WW2 British tank helmet with decal/flash of the Lancashire Fusiliers to one side. This is a textbook 1945 RAC helmet with Lift the Dot liner system, dated 1943 to the liner it is also maker marked CCL. The decal is nice complete. The helmet has also a late war type chinstrap. Bren Gun Carrier drivers were allowed to wear RAC helmets.
