Original Wehrmacht Reissued single-decal combat helmet with its chinstrap.
This is a helmet is manufactured by the company ‘NS’ what indicates the company of Vereinigte Deutsche Nickelwerke AG from Schwerte, with size 62 (NS62) with serial number 5579. Late production, given that there are no signs of removal national tricolor decal. The helmet is in good used condition. The decal is present for 98% with some signs of oxidation and a yellowed tint due to the aging of the protective varnish. At the bottom of the shell we see a dome-stamp, hard to read. The original liner of the helmet is in good condition with its original string, nicely marked size 54. The chinstrap is clearly marked ‘G. Schiele Loburg 1940’.
