Polizei M35 Double Decal Helmet – SE64 (with green Luftwaffe decal)

Polizei M35 double decal helmet with a green Luftwaffe eagle added to the front side, this was done by a US veteran. This helmet was issued with Wehrmacht (Heer) decals which are still visible under the Polizei decals, the helmet was re-issued with Polizei decals. The helmet retains most of its early fieldgrey/green paint, shows normal traces of usage. The decals are in good condition with traces of usage, the helmet’s frontside shows a subdued Luftwaffe green decal which was added by an US veteran, the green decal itself is very rare. All three liner retaining rivets are intact and straight. The helmet has an aluminum liner-ring, with leather in good condition with original liner-cord present. The shell is maker marked SE64 with serial number 20704. Helmet is named.
