Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada – Beret 1944

Original WWII Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada beret with original applied cap badge. The beret is heavily used and damaged, as found. The cap badge and green backing remains original in place. On the inside, behind the cap badge, is a Sweet Caporal cigarette package, a common practice among soldiers at the time. The beret was manufactured by Grand’Mère Knitting Company, dated 1944, Size 7 1/8.

While not the finest example condition-wise, it remains an original beret with its badge intact.
