RAF 1941 Pattern Mae West Bladder (Stole) with Inflation Lever
€350,00
Original WWII RAF 1941 Pattern Mae West Bladder (Stole). A grey rubberised-cotton stole for the 1941 Pattern RAF Mae West. The material is in very good, flexible condition. The oral inflation tube remains somewhat stiff and limp. Fitted with often missing inflation-lever and its securing clip, A.M marked. Air Ministry King’s Crown marking and Stores Ref. 22C/72 are clearly stamped, with date of February 1945, shows also another re-test marking. It would likely still inflate, though this is not recommended, as introducing moisture can cause internal deterioration.
A very good example to complete your Mae-West, difficult to upgrade.
