Original WWII RAF 1941 Pattern Mae West Kapok Pads. Three original kapok pads for the 1941 Pattern RAF Mae West. Complete set of three kapok-filled, two are marked with a King’s Crown Air Ministry stamp with stores reference 22C/93. Each Mae West used two side pads and a smaller neck pad, all of which are included here. The set is in excellent condition.
