RCCS Kitbag – Signalman J.W. Lavallee (B-124947)

Original WWII Canadian Army kitbag, issued to Signalman J.W. Lavallee, service number B-124947 (Royal Canadian Corps of Signals RCCS). Manufactured by C.A.T. Ltd and dated 1944, this sturdy canvas bag has survived in sound condition, retaining the honest wear and patina one would expect from a wartime item. These personal embellishments are often lost to time, making this bag a rare and evocative survivor. The kitbag remains completely original and untouched, with legible markings, strong stitching, and all fittings present. The carrying handle bears also his name and service number.
