U.S. Airborne Armband

Original WWII U.S. Airborne armband with 48-star flag. These armbands were typically used by U.S. paratroopers during operations such as the Normandy landings (June 1944) and Operation Market Garden (September 1944). The armbands were attached to the uniform using safety pins. This example is in good, used condition.
