WH (Heer) M40 Medic Helmet – Q66

A scarce original WH (Heer) M40 Medic helmet. The red cross mark is painted on top of the helmet indicating that it was for ground crew who had to be visible from airplanes in the air. Medic helmets are heavily faked, this is a one-looker! The helmet is in used condition, still some field grey paint visible. Maker marked Q66 and lot number 2458. Liner is in used condition, a bit dry and shows some cracks in the leather. All three liner retaining rivets are intact and straight.
