Wooden box for 9mm cartridges in cartons – Dated 1944

British wooden box intended to hold 2400 ‘9mm’ cartridges in cartons. The box is in good used condition. Most of the original labels are still present. Dated May 1944. The rope handles are complete and in good condition. These type of boxes are very hard to find!
